It has been 60 days since I sent my product in for an exchange and still nothing. I was first told that I would get a unit shipped to a nearby UPS store for an exchange but after 20 days of waiting I called back and they said “we’re sorry we only do that for cell phones.”

I then sent my unit in and it took 3 weeks for them to “receive” the unit after UPS tracking said it arrived.

It has been another 3 weeks and they still refuse to expedite the process, saying it is in the system and we can’t help if the system is slow. Absolute worst customer service ever.

Every time I call I get different answers. Some say that it is a repair, some exchange. Some of there reps actually told me in another 4-6 weeks once it has been processed I would be notified that I will need to send back my speakers because they can’t find a suitable replacement.

I was originally (actually the 4th call—see UPS exchange above) told that once they received it-it would only be 7 business days for them to send me either a new or refurbished item. It has been 45 days since then.

I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER AGAIN
