After a very few reviews - I decided for this box. As it has all my requirements - a min 3 disc changer , shud play mp3 and have more than 1 audio input and in reality it has more than what I wanted. I have been using this for more than a year - and never got disappointed

After I plugged in it doesn’t play at all - it makes a sound and shuts down - ( I played it in 250 V - with a step down voltage converter ) then my friend told me , ti wudn;t work just with a voltage converter - what I needed was a voltage converter with a big wattage. Once I had that in place it started working - See the main point is it didn;t burn out the first volatge converter - in turn it silent slept without damaging anything. I liked this.

Coming to its performance - it is an awesome piece - no doubt in that. Both the picture and audio clarity are excellent. The remote as described clumsy is something is just a crab - don’t believe it. It has some many controls - and it was correctly designed by enclosing the specific contorls ( for video %26 audio ) under a sliding plastic flip, which other wise is placeholder for holding the remote.

It plays 5 discs in a tray mode - so one can expect some delay in disc changing. Infact my piece played only one disc - it didn;t allow me to change discs - I was not playing my disc for some time ( a month or so ) and then it started - may be the settings defaulted to factory defaults.

It is not a VG player for listening for Rock Music and that kinda stuff - but is better for POP music. I had a mp3 which was not recorded properly/got corrupted. When the bass is high when playing in my pc - it is used to give irritating sound - i tried all equalizers in winamp/win media/ real player - all had the same problem - but this panasonic didn;t had this problem ( what tech are they using ?? )

Conclusion :

Overall its a very good bang for the buck.

Recommended for a medium user ( assuming high end is bose etc)

Has maximum features.
